Charles(Chuck) Emond- Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Chuck Emond has 25 years of experience in technology (with 20 years of management responsibility) in four different professional services companies. More than thirteen years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing CRM business strategy and CRM Technology (for Clients in the sectors of Manufacturing, High Technology, Consumer Goods, Telecommunication, Public Sector and Non-for-Profit Sector) has made him one of North America’s foremost experts in the practical application of CRM technology and process.
Chuck's role at Montera Corporation is providing leadership to the CRM, BI, and PM practices while guiding all customers toward solutions that suit their unique business models. Not your typical “sales guy”, he has personally overseen dozens of enterprise-level business solution implementations!
He is a member of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), Fédération Informatique du Québec (FIQ) and a founding member of CRMA Canada. He has also been a part-time Professor at the School of Management at the University of Ottawa teaching a Customer Relationship Management Marketing course at the MBA level.
Chuck has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Université de Moncton.
